Our first time there...and we'll be back again! We celebrated our two year anniversary at Luna Di Luna. Cozy atmosphere with a wonderful quaint feeling. Everything was delicious from the bread to the entrees. The staff was fantastic. We highly recommend this local treasure. Sooooooooo good. We can't wait to bring others with next time.

The restaurant building and parking lot need maintenance.The staff is very kind.The pasta items we had, were both disappointing.The pasta was way over cooked, both dishes were served swimming in sauce, they were more like soup.The salads were also overdressed, the dressing was pooling.At the end of the meal, the waitress was very kind, packed up all we did not eat and thanked us for coming in.

Fantastic!! Moved to Bloomington last April and finally tried this cute place. Loved their fresh bread and seasoned olive oil!! The starter salad was awesome, delicious dressing and lots of real parmesan cheese. Our meals were good size portions and delicious. Granted we had 1.5 orders of bread and our salads, but we could barely finish half our pasta dinners. On top of it their service was fast and our waitress was friendly and polite. We will be back and highly recommend everyone they this place out!

Fantastic. In my opinion, a "must visit" location. The fresh bread is amazing, as is the seasoned olive oil. Very much enjoyed my meal here.

First time at this place. They had amazing food and atmosphere that made us feel we had taken a trip to Italy. If you want a meal that not only tastes good but makes you fall in love with life, eat here. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Picture this:You walk into the restaurant, it’s warm and inviting. The air smells like freshly baked bread and love. You are sat immediately and treated as if you are family. You sit down at your table, and the most delicious bread is placed in front of you. You order, and shortly after, a surprise salad is in front of you! Being fed before the actual meal is the best feeling ever. Not too long after, you get your meal. The best pasta made from scratch and cooked to perfection. You are sitting happy, full, living your best life. 100% recommend Luna Di Luna. If you don’t go, you’re missing out on a angelic experience.

Friendly service and great food whether you eat in the restaurant or get take out. The delicious bread and olive oil that is included is very generously portioned and almost a meal in itself! We can’t wait to go back when restaurants are open but will enjoy takeout a few more times until then!! Highly recommended!

Amazing Italian place that's hidden in Bloomington.Great pasta, very nice waiters and owners.The handmade bread is divine. Served with a herb olive oil mix.You will have to hold yourself back from eating too much bread to save stomach for the pasta.Try the sangria also.

Absolutely amazing Italian food! Not your run of the mill bland parmesan cheese and garlic pasta. They use actual spices to give their dishes flavor!

This is a small restaurant that is easy to drive by but it has delicious food. The bread and oil comes out first and the bread tastes warm and fresh. The oil doesn't taste oily against the bread. We had the lunch specials and they were extremely delicious. My dish had a spicy tomato sauce that was just right and my husband had a dish with white alfredo sauce. It wasn't bland but had a nice amount of flavor without overtaking the food. I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing food, freshly-baked bread that tastes amazing, fresh salad with homemade dressing, and an adorable restaurant.Their setup for to-go during the pandemic was very slick and I felt very safe, and they take sanitation seriously when I visited.Once restaurants open up and the pandemic subsides this will become a regular date-night place for my family!

Looks can be deceiving! Luna Di Luna, from the outside, looks like it could be a dive but it is anything but that the minute you walk in! Cozy, good music and welcoming environment. The service was excellent. The bread was heaping full and so delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.The food was superb and came super hot. The portions are huge on the lunch menu! I highly recommend this place, such a hidden Italian gem in Bloomington!

Most unique Italian food I ever had. French twist on Italian classics. Warm atmosphere. Talked to the owner/chef. He doesn't own a freezer, microwave, or deep frier. Amazing food

Cute place with a nice atmosphere and delicious homemade Italian food. I ordered the beef bourguignon, if was delicious with a very hearty red sauce and perfectly cooked peppers. The service was great, after some of our party arrived they didn't even make us move, just rearranged the tables. Overall it was a great experience

Simply amazing! You wouldn't even know it was there and that you are in Bloomington,MN. Feels like you are in another dimension in this peaceful and quiet setting. Food was amazing and the service is per awesomeness. Definitely a must try if you're in the area and want good Italian dishes.

What's not to love about a place like this? Like a dash of oregano Luna Di Luna flavors the foodscape of Mpls with authentic Italian style. Warm greetings ushered us into a cozy dining room filled with melodies of Italian romance music. The short lunch menu offered a variety of pasta dishes, each one outstanding in flavor and presentation. Everything, including the bread, was seasoned in the most Italian way, with plentì amoré! Bring your sweetie!

Wow! Nice surprise! The bread and dipping sauce was amazing. Worth the stop by itself! But everyone loved their dishes and we had 5 different ones! Got there early and it was quiet but filled up quickly. I'd definitely recommend trying it.

My family and I we’re just looking for a nice, cosy place to eat and I’m so glad we found this place! The food was absolutely amazing, everyone working was so incredibly nice and accommodating and the atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful! I can’t stress how amazing this place was!

Had a wonderful lunch here today. The ambiance was unique and comfortable, the service was great but most importantly, the food was incredible. This was scratch made Italian cuisine that was cooked to order by someone who knows Italian food. I will be back here again very soon. Molto Buona

From being welcomed at the door, this place is special. The food is consistently delicious (plus there are always leftovers due to the generous portion sizes). It has become a family favorite for celebrations. The bread and seasoned dipping oil are so memorable that my daughter’s boyfriend had been told about it in advance. The variable menu items are consistently good to the point you know whatever you choose will be fantastic. The salad that comes before the entree is simple but very good. My daughter is fond of the Sangria and my son appreciates the ample wine menu. The desserts are excellent and one shared by the table is not discouraged. Staff attentiveness is excellent but not intrusive, including them packing any leftovers for you. I consider this restaurant my personal Bloomington favorite!

Best Italian dishes in the Twin Cities! The complimentary salad and bread are alone worth the visit. The quality and quantity of food is well worth the price! Owner is also always there and very welcoming! 100% recommend it!

Says it was open today until 8pm. Came at 6pm and it's closed. Very dissapointedWhen you own a Restaurant you have to be consistent with your hours. Restaurants that close if the day is going slow is a sign of cheap ingredients as well. Being in the restaurant industry for 30 years, i know this.If all this place is banking on is customer service (failed) then I'll take my business to an italian restaurant that actually tastes good too.

Service was excellent. Went there for dinner on my daughter’s 13th birthday, she was so impressed by waitress, she even talked about her the next day. Food was good and tasty. Family owned business so very at home feeling. They did not even seemed bother to stay late since we came in late to eat and cut my daughter’s cake. They were so helpful!

Wow! Yummy and absolutely phenomenal service! We went for the first time and so many things sounded good. The owner was so friendly and caring of our experience. Glad we finally got to try it! (after being in business for 3 years 😉) also the house sangria was delish!

Had a fantastic date night here. Smaller food selection but good portions, and the wine list is pretty extensive. I'd say about 8 or 10 bottles of white wine to pick from and maybe 12-15 reds. Their website claims to be vegetarian friendly, we didn't ask about being able to remove meat items but there was only one option on the menu that didn't include meat. If you have a party of 4 or larger, call for a reservation as it's not a very big place. The chef hooked us up with a tasty dessert cocktail as well.

This is a cozy, romantic rest. It is also a great place for lunch. Be prepared to take home enough food for another meal. The food is great and the service is pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite places to eat.

This is a hidden gem of Bloomington! The food is delicious. I would recommend the spaghetti with Bolognese sauce! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very nice for a family dinner or a date night.
